Do you have regular imports from the same supplier?

Import customs clearance process optimization: in accordance with the customs-law, all goods entering Switzerland have to be logged to Swiss Customs authorities. If it is so-called mixed consignments (products with different customs tariff numbers) it can be a substantial cost effort for classification and registration/declaration. There are several groups of goods such as food or clothing which will be charged with high customs duties.

Using the Vector ERP data import it is possible to import your data in the Swiss E-Dec System. The prerequisite for this is a master data file with all products to be imported. The data for each clearance/delivery can then be forwarded for auto-import and auto-clearance. The fils must be machine-readable.
